SCOR is seeking a Workforce AI Enablement Specialist to translate AI advances into practical opportunities for the business. You will monitor trends, identify use cases, assess solutions, and support onboarding from evaluation to adoption readiness.

You will advocate responsible AI, develop training materials, coach diverse user groups, and drive enablement activities aligned with SCOR’s AI roadmap. Reporting to the Head of Workforce AI Delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in Tech or AI / ML Engineering.
• Deep adoption of AI technologies (GenAI coding assistant, agent design, etc.).
• Confirmed experience in training / coaching on AI subjects.
• Ability to translate AI strategy into practical AI solution landscape.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and agentic AI concepts.
• Ability to assess off-the-shelf AI tools from business, adoption, security and risk perspectives.
• Understanding of a global reinsurance company and related domains is a plus.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to animate communities of users, champions, and stakeholders.
• Design and deliver training, coaching, and awareness sessions.
