Keoni is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to help IT project teams mature and adopt Agile practices across their environment in Paris. You will support teams and stakeholders to improve collaboration, autonomy, and performance.

You will run maturity assessments, facilitate retrospectives, coach POs and PMs, and define success indicators. The role requires strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills, with familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ years of Agile coaching experience in IT teams
• Certified Agile coach (PSM/CSM/ICP-ACC) or Kanban certification is a plus
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and conflict-resolution skills

Context: In the context of IT projects or maintenance, the client wishes to strengthen the maturity, autonomy and collective performance of the teams by adapting Agile practices to their environment.Mission: To support project teams and their stakeholders in the sustainable adoption of Agile methods, in the continuous improvement of their practices and in the resolution of organizational or collaboration difficulties.Main Activities • Conduct a baseline assessment and maturity diagnosis. • Define and monitor coaching agreements, objectives, and success indicators. • Provide individual coaching to PMs, project managers, POs, Agile Masters, sponsors, Business Owners, and managers. • Facilitate retrospectives, problem-solving workshops, and team-building activities. • Implement an improvement plan and measure team empowerment. • Raise awareness of Agile values, principles, and practices.Required Technical and Methodological Skills • Frameworks and Methods: Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, iterative approaches, and continuous improvement principles; ability to adapt practices to the team's maturity level and constraints. • Diagnostics: Agile maturity assessment, analysis of operating methods, identification of pain points, dependencies, and root causes. • Coaching: Individual, group, and systemic coaching; support for Product Owners, Project Managers, Agile Masters, Sponsors, Business Owners, and managers. • Facilitation: Design and facilitation of retrospectives, problem-solving workshops, scoping sessions, team-building activities, and communities of practice. • Support Management: Definition of measurable objectives, transformation roadmap, progress indicators, and empowerment criteria. • Tools: Operational proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Planner, Whiteboard, and visual collaboration and management tools. • Interpersonal Skills: Active listening, feedback, neutrality, mediation, and managing resistance and conflict.Required Profile : Education: Master's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, project management, organization, or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Agile support for IT teams, including proven experience in individual and group coaching within complex environments. Expected Track Record: Demonstrated support of operational and decision-making roles, with measurable results in terms of autonomy, cooperation, and performance. Certifications: At least one relevant Agile or coaching certification, such as PSM, CSM, or ICP-ACC; Kanban certification is a plus.
