Keoni is seeking an experienced Agile Coach focusing on DevSecOps to guide teams in adopting and maturing agile and DevOps practices within a CI/CD environment. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and enabling cross-functional squads to implement secure, reliable software delivery pipelines.

The candidate should demonstrate hands-on experience with GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and OpenShift, and possess strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven DevSecOps coaching experience in agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling and automation practices.
• Experience with OpenShift and modern DevOps tooling is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Promote agile methodologies and empower teams to operate self-sufficiently.
• Coach Scrum Masters and product teams on DevSecOps practices.

They must have strong technical skills to support their presentation on DevOps culture (CALMS). They will work within an agile team and in a CI/CD environment. Knowledge of tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, XL Deploy, XL Release, and OpenShift is a plus.Job Description: This role promotes agile methodologies. It empowers Scrum/agile teams to become self-sufficient. Regarding methodology, it also advises the organization on the practices best suited to its context. It ensures adherence to agile practices and adapts them to the organization's specific needs.MANAGEMENT OF THE AGILE PRACTICES REFERENCE FRAMEWORK: Defines practices and ensures their deployment. Develops them based on team feedback and best practices.COACHING AND TRAINING: Supports agile teams with methods and tools adapted to the situation. Prepares training related to the agile scope, defines and updates the agile training panel, in collaboration with the training department: Generic training, for awareness purposes. Expert level training for all functions of agile teams. Raises awareness and trains all stakeholders: organizes, coordinates and leads all agile training within the organization (Product Owner, Scrum Master, analysts, developers and testers).PARTICIPATION IN THE BUILDING OF AGILE PROJECT TEAMS: Actively contributes to the project team during the scoping phase.
