Un luxueux complexe hôtelier à Saint-Barthélemy recherche un Agent de Réservation Villas. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des réservations, de l'assistance aux clients et de la promotion des upsells en maintenant des normes élevées. Le candidat idéal possède un BTS en hôtellerie et au moins 2 ans d'expérience, parle couramment anglais et a des compétences informatiques solides. Ce poste offre un contrat CDI avec un salaire mensuel de 2 500 € brut et divers avantages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience similaire dans le domaine.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais (B2) est obligatoire, une troisième langue est un atout.
• Connaissance des normes d'hospitalité de luxe et des techniques de vente.

Job Overview

Eden Rock – St Barths is part of the Oetker Hotels collection, offering a luxurious resort in a prime Caribbean location. This is a permanent full‑time position in the Villa Rental Division.

Responsibilities

As an Agent de Réservation Villas, you will manage reservations, guide clients, and promote upselling while maintaining high quality and procedural standards.

Commercial Tasks

• Handle incoming phone calls and follow up on reservation queries.
• Manage reservations received through all distribution channels.
• Allocate and track dossiers by type (initial request, ongoing follow‑up, trace).
• Recommend suitable villas based on client preferences.
• Maintain clear communication with villa owners and managers.
• Contribute to high‑quality, personalized guest service.

Administrative Tasks

• Update and maintain client profiles.
• Ensure villa rates set by owners are correctly applied.
• Keep availability calendars current.
• Publish new villas on the website and keep information accurate.

Profile & Qualifications

• Minimum BTS in Hospitality/Restaurant or equivalent with at least 2 years of similar experience.
• Fluency in English (B2) is mandatory; a third language is an asset.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: autonomous, courteous, dynamic, resilient, team‑spirit, flexible, rigorous, organized, patient, and tactful.
• Professional aptitude: strong relational skills, communication, stress & priority management, analysis.
• Knowledge of accommodation operational services, luxury hospitality standards, cultural customs, and sales techniques.

Benefits & Contract

• Contract: CDI (permanent).
• Statut: Employed – 39h/week, 2 consecutive days off.
• Salary: €2,500 gross per month + annual bonus.
