Job summary

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an Innovation Product Manager to join the Research & Innovation team in Marignane. You will shape future helicopter technologies, manage complex airframe studies, and pilot POCs in sprint mode, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

With 15+ years in aeronautics design and leadership, you will oversee subsystems, tooling, and industrialization, ensuring feasibility, safety, and airworthiness while advancing TRL milestones in a high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in complex aeronautics product design.
• Proven leadership of design office technicians and teams.
• Experience with subsystems design and aeronautical safety constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of helicopter subsystems and industrialization tooling.
• Perform studies and prototypes for TRL advancement (up to TRL6).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Logistics).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to designers.
