Job summary

Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane seeks an Innovation Product Manager to lead advanced airframe studies and industrialization of complex subsystems. You will shape future aeronautics, act as technical referent, and coordinate cross‑functional teams across Production, Quality and Logistics.

The role requires 15+ years designing complex aeronautics products and demonstrators at low TRLs, a Master’s in Engineering, CATIA V5 and VPM PLM expertise, and professional English.

Qualifications

• 15+ years designing complex aeronautics products.
• 15+ years developing R&T demonstrators at low TRL levels.
• Proven experience leading a design office team.

Responsibilities

• Manage airframe studies across primary, onboarding and secondary structures.
• Design tooling and processes for industrialization of complex subsystems.
• Act as technical referent for mechanical and structural design studies.
• Mature new industrial technologies with prototype machinery via suppliers.
• Ensure manufacturing follow-up for demonstrators from PO to parts delivery.
• Coordinate Production, Quality, Logistics to deliver subsystems up to TRL6.
