Job summary

Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane, France, seeks a Process Improver to join the Process Management Team. You will drive continuous optimization of testing frameworks and integration methods, ensuring efficient helicopter development in compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards.

The role focuses on efficiency, risk management, scalability, and knowledge management, with opportunities to deploy best practices across subsidiaries and to lead change with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in process management, quality governance, or continuous improvement within an industrial/aeronautical environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Process Owner in governance routines, define and cascade 3–5 year ambitions and yearly objectives, monitor improvement roadmaps.
• Design, simplify, and maintain process content and documentation architecture aligned with regulatory standards (PART-21, EN 9100); coordinate publications.
• Prepare and execute process management routines; monitor monthly KPIs and drive adherence and corrective actions.
• Manage risks & opportunities, coordinate audits, ensure closure of CARs/OFIs.
• Manage or contribute to process improvement initiatives across domains and share best practices.
