AIRBUS SAS in Toulouse invites graduates to join AGGP2027, a two-year Graduate Purchasing Manager program in Equipment and System. You will rotate across procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers, and participate in multi-functional teams to drive value and innovation for Airbus.

During the program you will develop leadership skills, gain profound industry knowledge, and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives while preparing for a future Purchasing Manager role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement or Engineering.
• Recent graduates or first professional experience in purchasing.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Desire to work in collaborative, innovation-focused environment.
• Self-motivated with a clear drive for personal development.

Responsabilités

• Organize procurement activities and negotiate framework with suppliers.
• Support sourcing activities, manage tenders and contract negotiations.
• Monitor contracts through lifecycle with suppliers and internal partners.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and participate in multi-functional teams.
• Contribute to End-to-End aircraft lifecycle support within procurement teams.
