Acne Studios in Paris is seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist to ensure stable, secure, and high-quality IT services across offices, stores, and warehouse operations. 50% part-time role, with focus on incident handling, remote support, and coordinating IT activities with vendors.

The role requires hands-on support across Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and retail IT environments. Proactive process improvement and cross-region collaboration are key.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, IT operations, or other customer-facing IT roles.
• Practical experience with ITSM processes such as incident and request management.
• Solid understanding of workplace IT, infrastructure, and basic networking.
• Hands-on experience supporting both PC and Mac environments, including Windows, macOS, and iOS.
• Experience with modern workplace platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, and MDM tools such as Intune.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience supporting retail IT environments, including store technology such as POS setups and payment terminals.
• Familiarity with network and storage platforms such as Cisco Meraki, Egnyte, or Box.
• Experience in global or multi-site environments is meriting.
• ITIL experience or certification is meriting.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English and French, spoken and written.

You support internal users through incident and request handling while contributing to the coordination and delivery of IT activities in collaboration with system owners, vendors, and stakeholders. Your work supports business continuity across both regional and global operations.

This is a part-time (50%) position.
