Acne Studios in Paris is seeking a Talent Acquisition Apprentice to support our recruitment efforts across the retail business and gain hands-on experience in a global luxury fashion brand. You will create and publish job ads, build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding while maintaining data in People systems.

You are in the final stage of your degree, eligible for an apprenticeship in France, with interest in Talent Acquisition and People topics.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree programme and eligible for an apprenticeship contract in France.
• In the final stage of your studies, preferably within Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, retail, customer service or administration is a plus.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; French is considered a plus.

As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice at our Paris office, you will support recruitment activities across our retail business while gaining hands‑on experience in talent acquisition within a global luxury fashion brand. This opportunity is designed for a student in the final stage of their studies who is looking to combine academic learning with practical experience and has a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and People topics.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice, your main contribution will be to support our recruitment efforts and help us attract and hire great talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will play a vital role in supporting retail recruitment and key People processes, helping us build strong teams and deliver a smooth employee and candidate experience by:
