Jobtailor in France seeks a client onboarding and training specialist to guide new clients through digital tools, client portal, and billing software. You will support e-invoicing implementation, manage document uploads, and establish approval workflows.

Responsabilités

• Support new clients in learning how to use the firm’s digital tools, including the client portal, billing software, and document upload platform.

• Create practical reference sheets, tutorials, and step-by-step guides.
• Deliver short training sessions for internal and/or external audiences.
• Serve as the link between clients and internal teams from the start of the client relationship.
• Identify malfunctions and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to optimizing the client onboarding process.
• Identify clients’ additional needs and refer them to the assigned chartered accountant.
• Manage an appropriate client portfolio in parallel in order to remain operationally grounded in the profession.
