Job summary

AIRBUS SAS in Toulouse is seeking a Stress Analyst Specialist - Metallic Structures for the A220 in-service team. You will analyze damage reports and approve repair solutions from a stress perspective, coordinating with global teams to ensure airworthiness and structural integrity of the fleet.

Role requires BAC+5 with engineering discipline, knowledge of aircraft metallic structures and CATIA V5, and willingness to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master level engineering degree (BAC+5) or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of aircraft metallic structure stress analysis.
• Knowledge of Finite Element Modelling is an asset.
• Ability to read aircraft structure repair drawings (Catia V5 is an asset).
• Knowledge of applicable airworthiness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze damage reports and approve repair solutions from a stress perspective.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across sites (France, Canada, Australia).
• Perform static strength for metallic repairs for the A220 fleet.
• Support completion of structural manuals such as ASRP and AMP.
• Prepare or review stress analyses for repairs or damage limits.
