Job summary

Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks a Senior Structures Stress Engineer to join the MAP team in Toulouse, France. You will support FAL, flight tests, and the customer line to ensure aircraft airworthiness and align with program and industrial schedules.

Key qualifications include stress engineering with metallic/composite analysis, and hands-on use of ISAMI and FEM tools. English negotiation skills are required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Stress Engineer focusing on airworthiness and structural integrity.
• Proficiency in analysis of metallic and composite structures using hand calculations and software tools.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (manufacturing, quality, design offices) and maintain compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze impact of non-conformances on airworthiness and provide stress justifications.
• Ensure technical content of compliance documents aligns with FAL milestones.
• Investigate root causes of NCs and develop corrective actions for airframe quality.
• Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement.
• Act as a point of contact to coordinate between manufacturing, quality, and design offices.
