Profil recherché: Master en RH (ou en cours), bilingue anglais/français, excellentes compétences Excel et connaissance dePower BI/Tableau. Possibilité de travail partiellement à distance.

Aufgaben

• Soutenir les recruteurs dans le sourcing, le tri des candidatures, la publication des offres et la construction de talents pools.
• Coordonner les initiatives de marque employeur et les événements de recrutement.
• Maintenir la documentation, le reporting et les conformités liées au recrutement à jour.
• Apporter un support ponctuel sur des projets RH.

Responsibilities

• Support one or more recruiters with hiring across Corporate functions, including sourcing, screening high volumes of applications, publishing job postings, building talent pools and monitoring the candidate experience.
• Help coordinate employer-brand initiatives, including internal and external events and campaign activations.
• Keep recruitment documentation, reporting and compliance records up to date.
• Provide ad hoc support for recruitment projects.

Skills To Develop

• Recruitment process management: publishing job postings, screening applications and conducting interviews.
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn, Avature and JobTeaser.
• Project management.
• Event planning.
• Compliance and data protection (GDPR).

Preferred Experience

Your profile

• You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (first or second year) in Human Resources at an engineering or business school, an IAE or a university, and are looking for a gap-year or end-of-studies internship.
• You are fluent in both English and French.
• You have excellent Excel skills.
• You are comfortable using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• You enjoy working with and analyzing data.
