L’Oréal is offering a 6-month Data internship starting January 2027 in Paris. The role covers multiple Data paths such as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, and Data Engineer. You will work across brands and markets with real responsibilities and mentorship.

The program expects Master’s students in Data, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or CS, fluent in English and French, with strong analytical and technical skills. A hybrid working setup and structured recruitment process are provided.

Qualificações

• Master’s student (Bac+4/5) from an engineering school, university, or business school.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Solid technical foundations (Python, R, SQL, visualization tools, or engineering frameworks).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, curiosity, and excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop ML models (e.g., segmentation, forecasting) to support decisions.

Your Responsibilities (Examples depending on your placement)

As a member of one of our Data teams, your concrete responsibilities will depend on the specific role and team you are assigned to. Depending on your focus, you may participate in:

• Data Analysis & Exploration: Cleaning and exploring datasets to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Predictive Modeling & AI: Developing Machine Learning models (customer segmentation, sales forecasting, etc.) to drive decision-making.
• Visualization & Communication: Designing interactive dashboards and presenting impactful recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Data Engineering: Contributing to the design and maintenance of data pipelines and structuring databases.
• Collaboration & Project Framing: Gathering business requirements and acting as a bridge with technical teams.

Your profile

• Master’s student (Bac+4/5) from an engineering school, university, or business school (Data, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent), looking for a gap year or final-year internship.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Solid technical foundations (Python, R, SQL, visualization tools, or engineering frameworks depending on your specialty).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, curiosity, and excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
