Job summary

Matrix42 is looking for a Web Growth Manager to turn website traffic into qualified leads and pipeline by building a structured CRO approach. You will identify high-potential pages and journeys, develop hypotheses, and run experiments on product pages, landing pages, forms, and conversion paths.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of CRO, web growth, or related experience.
• Hands-on experience turning traffic into leads with measurable results.
• Experience with CRO and behavioral analytics tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive a structured website CRO approach focused on generating leads.
• Identify pages and journeys with growth potential and prioritize initiatives.
• Develop hypotheses and run experiments on product pages, landing pages, and forms.
• Analyze traffic, conversion performance, and visitor behavior with analytics tools.
• Define growth metrics, establish baselines, and measure impact of improvements.
• Collaborate with content, demand generation, product marketing, brand, design, and tech teams.
• Lead optimization initiatives from insight to implementation and iteration.
• Explore AI, modern web tech, and new tools to strengthen analysis and optimization.
