Qualifications

• At least 4 years of B2B or e-commerce marketing with hands-on ownership of website conversion optimization, messaging, lifecycle marketing, or email programs.
• Customer-centred copywriting grounded in research, market insights, and real-world feedback.
• Lifecycle marketing expertise with measurable results in revenue, activation, retention, or repeat purchases.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing principles and analytics to drive evidence-based decisions.
• End-to-end ownership from strategy to execution with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own website strategy, structure, messaging, and conversion performance; run A/B tests and implement improvements.
• Design end-to-end lifecycle journeys; onboarding, retention campaigns, reorder triggers, win-back efforts.
• Develop clear product messaging for multiple segments; maintain consistent messaging across channels.
• Plan and optimize lifecycle and marketing email campaigns to acquire, activate, engage, and retain customers.
• Translate customer insights from research and conversations into stronger messaging and web pages.
• Track critical metrics (conversion, repeat revenue, CRM performance) and prioritize initiatives based on data.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing with broader business goals.
