Job summary

Suominen Corporation in Espoo is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Strategy & Transformation team as the transformation program accelerates. You will run the engine room and work on high-impact projects with C-suite and factory leadership, shaping how we plan, price, organize and grow.

This role grows with the Full Potential Program and can extend into the company’s long-term strategy, including organic and inorganic growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading large transformation programs.
• Strong ability to drive change across functions and geographies.
• Proven track record in managing executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to high-impact transformation projects.
• Guide teams from diagnosis through future-state design to implementation.
• Design and track dashboards and reporting for program progress.
• Coordinate steering committees and cadence of reviews.
• Onboard and standardize TMO support roles across the program.
