Suominen Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence & Transformation to translate strategy into measurable results. You will partner with European and American sales teams, shaping the commercial agenda and driving the Full Potential transformation program at the heart of the organization.

You will combine project rigor with hands-on expertise in commercial capabilities, engaging C-suite stakeholders and leading cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in commercial excellence, pricing, sales, strategy or business development.
• Hands-on experience with account planning and contract management.
• Track record of delivering measurable financial results.
• Proven change management and matrix-organization experience.
• Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the commercial agenda with leadership to prioritize initiatives and drive commercial excellence.
• Lead analysis and initiatives to shift portfolio toward higher-margin products, including pricing and profitability.
• Design and embed tools and practices to strengthen sales capabilities (account planning, pricing discipline, value propositions).
• Own and drive CRM adoption and development to support sales.
• Bring external best practices to transform sales and customer service.
• Ensure structured project execution aligned with the Full Potential program streams.
