Job summary

Metso in Espoo or Tampere is seeking an organized Project Manager to lead operational development projects that improve efficiency and ways of working across the business. You will report to the Director, Operational Development and contribute to timely delivery of initiatives.

The role can be based in Espoo or Tampere, Finland, and requires ability to work with global processes while collaborating across functions to drive value for Metso and customers.

• Work closely with teams across the business to improve how we operate and deliver results.
• Define project goals, timelines, and priorities, and keep things moving day-to-day.
• Track progress, risks, and issues, and share clear, practical updates with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to redesign processes and embed better ways of working.
