Help shape the future of our company - from the transformation office to the boardroom.
We are in the middle of our Full Potential Program, a company-wide transformation that touches how we plan, price, organize and grow. To make it happen, we are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation team: someone who can both run the engine room of the program and roll up their sleeves on the projects that matter most.
This is a rare chance to see transformation from every angle. You will work side by side with the C-suite, stream leaders, functions and factories - and as the program matures, your role can grow into shaping the company’s long-term strategy.
What you will do
Drive transformational projects
- Lead or contribute to high-impact projects - from process redesign (such as S&OP and pricing) to operating model changes and major company initiatives
- Guide teams from diagnosis through future-state design to implementation, acting as the go-to methodology expert and coach for project leads
- Bring people together in workshops and working sessions with the functions and factories involved
- Make change stick: support change management, training and process documentation, and track adoption and benefits
- Spot cross-project and cross-stream dependencies early, raise them with stream leaders, and keep project reporting aligned with the program standard
Build and run the program TMO
- Design how progress is tracked and reported - from initiative to stream to group - into one consolidated view of the program
- Lead the development of dashboards and trackers, and partner with Finance to translate initiative progress into financial impact
- Set up and coordinate the steering committee and stream review cadence, including agendas, materials, and decision and escalation logs
- Create the templates, initiative definitions and reporting standards the whole program works to
- Onboard the stream TMO support roles to the common standard and keep reporting consistent as the program evolves
Where the role is heading
This role grows with the program. As the Full Potential Program moves further into implementation, the TMO set-up work will scale down and new responsibilities will open up - including strategy work to define the company’s longer-term direction and explore both organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
What you bring
- A background in management consulting
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering complex projects
- Proven change management skills
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Confidence and credibility in managing C-suite stakeholders
- Excellent English
- A project management certification such as PMI or IPMA is a plus
Why join us
- Real impact: work directly with the C-suite on the company’s most important agenda
- The full picture: experience transformation end to end - design, delivery and governance
- Room to grow: a clear path into strategy work, including organic and inorganic growth
- Great people: a casual and friendly culture, with support from your manager and our global TMO team
- Truly international: work with colleagues and stakeholders across countries and cultures
- Flexibility: a hybrid workplace with a modern office in Keilaranta, Espoo
- Wellbeing: lunch, culture, sports and wellbeing benefits through ePassi
