Job summary

Suominen Corporation's Strategy & Transformation team invites you to turn plans into real results across factories and offices. As Manager, Strategy & Transformation, you’ll drive the Full Potential Program, leading projects and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver impactful improvements.

In this role you’ll shape the company’s longer-term strategy, identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities, and ensure change sticks through training, documentation and robust benefits tracking,

Qualifications

Background in management consulting, strategy or project management.
4+ years of relevant experience leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects with capex.
Strong PM and proven change management skills.
Ability to build and challenge business cases.
Ability to lead through change and handle sensitive topics.
Experience in a matrix organization.
Willingness to spend significant time on site in factories.
Excellent English.
PMI or IPMA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation projects as PM or team member across ramps, production lines, tech transfers and launches.
Guide teams through all execution phases and embed PM best practices.
Run workshops with functions and factories.
Support change management, training, process docs and adoption tracking.
Flag cross-project dependencies and keep reporting to program standard.
