Job summary

Suominen Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Strategy & Transformation team, driving the Full Potential Program and shaping the company’s long-term direction. You will work closely with C-suite leaders, stream leaders, functions and factories, growing into strategic roles as the program matures.

You will design progress tracking, dashboards, and reporting standards, leading change management and ensuring adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Background in management consulting.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong project management skills and track record of delivering complex projects.
• Proven change management skills.
• Experience working in a matrix organization.
• Confidence and credibility in managing C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformational projects from diagnosis through implementation and benefits tracking.
• Design and run the program TMO with consolidated reporting view.
• Develop dashboards and trackers; translate progress into financial impact.
• Coordinate steering committee and stream review cadence; prepare agendas and logs.
• Create templates, definitions and reporting standards for the program.
• Onboard TMO support roles to the common standard and maintain reporting consistency.
