Job summary

Swedium Global is seeking an experienced Telecom System Specialist to support and enhance Comarch CRM solutions within a large telecom environment. The role is onsite in Finland (Helsinki) and involves configuring, upgrading, and maintaining CRM systems while coordinating with billing and network teams.

Qualifications

• HHands-on experience with Comarch CRM (telecom implementation preferred).
• Strong knowledge of RHEL administration.
• Proficiency with Oracle databases.
• Experience integrating CRM with billing and network systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Comarch CRM systems to support customer relationship and service management functions.
• Perform system installations, upgrades, and patching on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
• Manage and optimize Oracle databases, ensuring high availability, data integrity, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, implement CRM customizations, and ensure integration with BSS/OSS components.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop shell scripts and automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and backup activities.
• Support UAT, production releases, and post-deployment support.
• Maintain system documentation and SOPs.
