Qualifications

• Relevant educational background in IT, Software Engineering, Automation, or related area.
• Good practical or theoretical understanding of Java programming and ability to read, debug, and navigate code.
• Good knowledge of Oracle database.

Responsibilities

• Digging into the systems codebase (Java) and databases (Oracle) to locate, isolate, and diagnose technical faults.
• Troubleshooting and resolving incidents reported through the customer portal.
• Collaborating closely with internal software developers, customer support specialists, and field engineers.
• Participating in the team’s 24/7 on-call support for the clients.
