Job summary

Integrify is seeking a proactive recruitment professional to headhunt and attract top IT talent in Finland. You will build strong candidate relationships, collaborate with the sales team to define customer needs, and convert requirements into compelling candidate profiles.

You will assess candidates’ skills and fit for diverse opportunities, present strong profiles to clients, and help grow our talent network across the Finnish technology market.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or headhunting.
• Strong sales and communication skills with confidence to engage with candidates and customers.
• Ability to understand customer needs and ask the right questions during job qualification and customer meetings.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent Finnish (written and spoken) and strong English communication.
• Interest in technology and the Finnish IT market.
• Self-driven and able to work independently while being a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Headhunt and attract top IT talent using LinkedIn, networks, databases and creative sourcing approaches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and understand their career goals.
• Work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Participate in customer meetings to understand roles, team structures, technical requirements and business needs.
• Support job qualification and turn customer requirements into clear candidate profiles.
• Assess candidates’ skills, experience, motivation and fit for different opportunities.
• Present strong candidates to customers and support the recruitment process from first contact through placement.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the Finnish technology market.
• Contribute to improving recruitment and sales processes.
• Follow the Finnish technology job market and identify new talent pools and sourcing opportunities.
• Maintain, build, and grow our talent pool of 900+ top-tier talents from Finland.
