The role involves recruiting activities, HR work in the personnel services field, managing the recruitment process stages, handling employment lifecycle tasks, and presenting suitable candidates to clients. You will participate in recruitment processes, candidate selection, and employment lifecycle management, using practical HR know-how to ensure smooth end-to-end service for our clients. We require experience in the personnel service field, motivation, initiative, and strong written and spoken Finnish. Experience with the LikeIt system is a plus.
