Job summary

OP Pohjola seeks a Tech Lead to guide and steer the tribe’s technology solutions and architecture in line with architectural goals and principles. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and regulatory requirements.

You will own the AI Tribe’s tactical architecture, participate in Architecture Review Board, and collaborate with Product Owners, Software Developers, Data Scientists and AI Engineers to translate business priorities into

Qualifications

Practical experience in guiding architecture and modern software leadership.
Experience in modelling and documenting architecture (Archimate, ADR).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborates across teams.
Ability to visualize and simplify complex concepts into clear presentations.
Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
Ability to lead architectural design within the AI tribe and consolidate recommendations.
Understanding of regulated environments, especially financial services, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Own the AI Tribe’s tactical architecture and architecture governance, including ADRs and ADRB participation.
Guide solution design across AI platforms and use-case domains; support Solution Architects.
Provide trusted technical advisory to development teams and decision-making forums.
Collaborate with AI Tribe leadership, Product Owners, Software Developers, Data Scientists and architects.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and regulatory requirements.
Lead architecture governance across the group with Enterprise Architects and leadership.
