Job summary

Eficode seeks a Lead Architect to bridge high-level technical architecture with commercial strategy within its Technology Services team. You will shape DevOps ecosystems, platform engineering practices, and AI-driven development tools to transform how modern engineering teams build software.

Key responsibilities include leading technical delivery, guiding peers, and driving client outcomes. Fluent Finnish and consulting experience are strong advantages.

Qualifications

• Recent, hands-on experience with SDLC, DevOps, Cloud, and AI tools.
• Experience embedding AI/GenAI into software engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement modern DevOps tools and AI extensions into enterprise SDLC pipelines.
• Lead technical pre-sales discussions and influence client roadmaps.
• Take ownership of project deliveries and mentor teammates.
• Design self-service platform engineering tooling and infrastructure for clients.
