Job summary

Eficode in Finland seeks a Lead Architect to bridge high‑level architecture with commercial strategy, shaping DevOps ecosystems, platform engineering, and AI‑driven development tools.

You will act as a trusted client advisor, lead technical delivery, mentor colleagues, and own complex engagements from kickoff to delivery. This role is a local hybrid position based in Finland, with opportunities for growth and extensive training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SDLC, DevOps, Cloud, and AI tools.
• Experience embedding GenAI tools into software engineering workflows.
• Strong pre-sales advisory, solution consulting, and client-facing leadership.
• Fluent Finnish and consulting experience are advantages.

Responsibilities
