You will work with the two-person People team, reporting to the People Lead, and collaborate closely with business leads to scale hiring quality across engineering, commercial, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring end-to-end across engineering, commercial, and operations.
• Partner with business leads to identify capability needs and hiring priorities.
• Build talent pipelines by mapping the market, sourcing, and outreach.
• Create interview structures, funnel metrics, and hiring data for scalable decisions.
• Improve interview design and calibration across teams to raise consistency.
• Build Intergrid's employer brand in Europe through content and events.
