You will build talent pipelines, partner with managers, and shape recruitment processes during a scaling phase, with a focus on candidate experience and diversity. The role is Finland-based, preferably near Espoo, with collaboration across several countries.

We are primarily looking for someone with previous experience recruiting for data center environments, or with a strong track record from technically complex infrastructure, engineering, construction, facilities, or mission-critical operations recruitment.
The TA role at atNorth As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across atNorth during an important scaling phase. In Finland – we are putting our footprint in the Kouvola area as well as in Espoo. You will work hands‑on with recruitment processes from role definition to hire, supporting managers across several countries and business areas. This is an operational role with strong impact, where you will combine proactive sourcing/search, stakeholder partnership, and a passion for providing exceptional candidate experience. A key priority will be to identify, map, engage, and maintain candidate pipelines for data center-related roles and other technically complex positions. You will be part of a geographically distributed Talent Acquisition team and contribute to both day-to-day recruitment delivery and the continuous development of recruitment processes and ways of working. The role reports to Manager of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (located in Stockholm) and is to be placed in Finland, preferably close to one of our data centers. You will be part of an growing international team with collaboration across multiple countries.
To succeed in this role, you are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with both colleagues and stakeholders. You thrive in environments with change and growth and enjoy digging into new roles and technical contexts.
