Job summary

atNorth is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across our growing footprint in the Nordics, with a focus on data center and technically complex roles. You will partner with managers across countries, shaping role definitions, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment.

Based in Finland, ideally near Espoo, you will join an international team and contribute to building sustainable digital infrastructure while delivering a best-in-class candidate

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment roles.
• Fluency in English; Finnish is a strong plus for local communication.
• Hands-on data center recruitment experience is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, mapping, and candidate-network development skills.
• Experience in fast-moving international or multi-site settings.
• Driver license is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment from role briefing to offer and hire.
• Support and challenge hiring managers on role definitions and assessments.
• Proactively source, map, and identify candidates through channels and direct search.
• Build and maintain focused talent pools within data center operations and technical roles.
• Ensure a professional, inclusive candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Collaborate across countries in a distributed Talent Acquisition team.
• Contribute to ongoing recruitment process improvements and DEI initiatives.
