Responsibilities

• Translate customer service agreements into operational commercial baselines and support teams in understanding contractual obligations.
• Monitor commercial performance, operational costs, and margin development across service delivery operations.
• Identify, assess, and elevate commercial risks related to scope, cost, utilities, SLA performance, and service delivery.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and site-level commercial performance reviews.
• Evaluate operational scope changes and provide commercial impact assessments, pricing support, and governance recommendations.
• Monitor SLA performance trends, service credit exposure, and operational performance risks with commercial implications.
• Support utility billing, consumption reconciliation, capacity management, and customer billing alignment.
• Ensure vendor and subcontractor service arrangements support customer contractual commitments and operational delivery models.
• Participate in customer governance meetings, supporting commercial discussions, contract interpretation, and service evolution initiatives.
• Maintain oversight of lifecycle obligations, ownership boundaries, and long-term commercial sustainability commitments.

Operations Commercial Manager

Are you a commercially driven professional who thrives at the intersection of operations, finance, and customer delivery? We are looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to help safeguard and optimize the commercial performance of our operational services portfolio across the Nordic region.

In this role, you will work closely with Operations, Finance, Client Management, Procurement, Legal, and Energy teams to ensure our customer contracts are translated into effective operational delivery, while protecting margins, managing commercial risk, and supporting long-term customer success. You'll play a key role in commercial governance throughout the lifecycle of our services, helping to ensure that our operations remain aligned with contractual commitments and business objectives in a fast-growing data center environment.

Key responsibilities:

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial management, contract management, service delivery, infrastructure services, or operational environments.
• Strong understanding of contract governance, commercial risk management, and SLA-based service delivery.
• Experience monitoring operational costs, identifying margin exposure, and supporting commercial decision-making.
• Ability to translate contractual requirements into practical operational guidance for multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, and customer-facing commercial governance processes.
• Knowledge of mission-critical environments, technical facilities, industrial operations, or data center operations is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Finnish language skills are highly preferred.
