Job summary

atNorth is a leading Nordic data center company seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver end-to-end recruitment across Finland during a scaling phase. You will work hands-on from role definition to hire, supporting managers across several countries and business areas.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate experience, and developing talent pipelines for data center and other mission-critical technical roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving end-to-end recruitment independently across multiple countries.
• Strong sourcing capability including direct search and market intelligence.
• Experience recruiting for data center, infrastructure or mission-critical roles is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Finnish language skills are strongly preferred for local communication.
• Ability to build long-term candidate pipelines and partner with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from role briefing to hire.
• Support and challenge hiring managers on role definitions and candidate assessments.
• Proactively source and map candidates through various channels and market intel.
• Build and maintain talent pools for data center operations, engineering and facilities.
• Ensure professional, inclusive candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Develop recruitment processes, tools and ways of working; promote DEI initiatives.
• Collaborate across a geographically distributed TA team.
