Job summary

Aurilo is seeking a customer-oriented and collaborative 2nd level IT specialist for their customer team in Vaasa. The primary role involves maintenance and development of customers' IT environments, providing support and expert services.

Most service requests can be resolved remotely, though occasional travel within the Ostrobothnia region to customer sites is required. Hybrid work options and flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in similar IT roles.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English (spoken and written).

Aurilo is seeking a customer-oriented and collaborative 2nd level IT specialist for their customer team in Vaasa. The primary role involves the maintenance and development of customers' IT environments, providing support and expert services. Responsibilities

• independently handling and resolving 2nd level service requests, either alone or in cooperation with the customer or third-party organizations.
• documenting all work according to agreed practices, providing information to the sales team, and maintaining customer environment documentation.
• Key technologies used include MS Office 365, Windows Server, Intune, and Active Directory.

Qualifications

• Success in this role requires over 5 years of experience in similar IT roles, knowledge of servers, network devices, and software, and an understanding of cloud services and server environments.
• Strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to prioritize one's own workload under pressure are essential.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English (both oral and written) is required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to use a personal vehicle.
• Over 5 years of experience in similar IT roles, Knowledge of servers, network devices, and software, Understanding of cloud services and server environment functionality and use, Good customer service skills and attitude, Good problem-solving skills and an active approach to work, Ability to manage own work and prioritize workload, Good ability to work under pressure, Ability to produce accurate customer documentation and communication, Good oral and written skills in Finnish and English
