Job summary

Aurilo is seeking a customer-oriented and collaborative 2nd level IT specialist for their customer team in Vaasa. The primary role involves maintenance and development of customers' IT environments, providing support and expert services.

Most service requests can be resolved remotely, though occasional travel within the Ostrobothnia region to customer sites is required. Hybrid work options and flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in similar IT roles.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Independently handle and resolve 2nd level service requests, solo or with customers/partners.
• Document all work per agreed practices and inform the sales team.
• Maintain customer environment documentation and knowledge base.
