Job summary

Intuitive is a leading company in robotic-assisted surgery, focused on expanding the capabilities of physicians through minimally invasive care. The Clinical Territory Associate role partners with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory and progress from technical/clinical focus to sales responsibilities in year two.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1 year of sales or leadership experience, English fluency, and travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience or 1 year leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and local language as required.
• Ambition and strong work ethic.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Case Support: guide surgical teams on using the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Product Demonstrations/In-Services: lead technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Selling Activities: contribute to quarterly sales goals through product demonstrations, in-services, and selling activities.
• Customer Support: coordinate regional sales and marketing events and provide ongoing support.
• Administrative Duties: manage reporting, expenses, and ISU modules.
• Medical Device Consultant: provide guidance and support after training on Intuitive devices.
