Job summary

Olympus Finland Oy is seeking a proactive Territory Manager to promote our surgical devices and endoscopy imaging portfolio. You will cover central Finland, engage with healthcare professionals, and deliver demonstrations, training, and after-sales support to maximize product utilization and customer satisfaction.

The role requires field sales experience in healthcare, strong organizational skills, and a driven, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, ideally in healthcare/medical devices.
• Self-motivated with a strong will to succeed.
• Highly organized with strong planning and prioritization.
• Demonstrates integrity in dealings with customers and colleagues.
• Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Olympus surgical devices and endoscopy imaging products across central Finland (Kuopio/Jyväskylä preferred).
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets in the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and procurement teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for medical professionals.
• Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients.
• Forecast sales opportunities accurately and maintain CRM records.
• Represent Olympus at exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings.
• Deliver post-sales training, commissioning and support across the product portfolio.
