Job summary

Kuuasema, a Helsinki-based game studio with 22 years of history and a team of around 90, is seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our dynamic team as a parental leave substitute. The role is fixed-term for at least one year and is on-site at our Helsinki studio.

You will keep the studio running by managing vendors, coordinating HR tasks, planning events, and owning daily processes. Fluent English is required; Finnish language is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar office management role.
• Good understanding of Finnish tax practices.
• Basic budgeting and cost tracking skills.
• Fluent English; Finnish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and vendor relationships.
• Plan and execute team events and culture initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and recruitment support.
• Identify recurring tasks and own process improvements.
• Maintain a welcoming presence and support team morale.
