Kuuasema, Helsinki-based game studio, is seeking a Senior Producer to lead development and live ops for a client project. The role is fixed-term, requiring agile leadership and collaboration with engineers, artists, designers, and QA.

You will manage external partners, plan resources and schedules, and drive iterative playability to meet player experience goals. The position is hybrid, with at least three days in the office in Finland, and offers opportunities to work on high-profile partner

Kuuasema is a Helsinki-based game studio founded in 2004, with more than 150 projects shipped across mobile, PC, and console platforms. The studio builds complete games, runs live operations, and ports titles for partners such as Supercell, Rovio, Remedy, Microsoft, Netflix, and Red Bull Media House. In addition to partner projects, Kuuasema develops its own original games, including the PC title Cthulhu Keeper, a Lovecraftian stealth-tactics game. Kuuasema is seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead the internal team responsible for development and live ops content for a client project. This is a fixed-term contract tied to the duration of the project. In this role, you will guide a multidisciplinary team and interface directly with the customer to negotiate and deliver features for a live game with an existing player base.

What You Will Do

• Project & Process Leadership — Manage a game development team using Agile/Scrum and Lean methodologies, facilitating iteration planning, backlogs, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Cross-Functional Alignment — Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, artists, designers, and QA) to define clear scope, milestones, and deliverable schedules.
• Stakeholder Management — Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and clients, providing regular progress reporting, risk assessments, and scope alignment.
• Resource & Schedule Planning — Oversee resourcing, project tracking, and budgeting across one or more projects.
• Quality & Iteration Focus — Drive early playability and continuous iteration, keeping features testable and aligned with player experience goals.
• LiveOps & Post-Launch Support — Coordinate release planning, QA cycles, and content updates for live games.
• Production Craft Improvement — Collaborate with other Producers to improve the production craft at Kuuasema.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Game Producer, Development Director, or Project Manager in the mobile games industry.
• Strong track record of shipping and operating live titles.
• In-depth understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Outstanding organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, low-ego approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (our studio working language).

Nice To Have

• Experience in co-development, consulting, vendor management, or other client-partner environments.
• Understanding of Unity development pipelines and mobile optimization.
• Technical, art, or design background in game development.

This is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the office. This role is open to candidates already based in Finland with the right to work here.
