SprintlyWorks in Helsinki is seeking a high-caliber Strategy Consultant to join our Consulting team. This role sits at the core of client engagements, supporting end-to-end strategy delivery while working closely with senior leadership and client stakeholders.

You will combine structured problem-solving, rigorous analysis, and compelling storytelling to shape strategic recommendations that drive measurable impact for European clients.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy consulting and management consulting.
• Demonstrated exposure to client-facing engagements and cross-functional project teams.
• Past project experience in Industrial Goods, Private Equity, M&A.

Responsabilités

• Strategy & Project Delivery across engagements.
• Structure ambiguous problems into analytical frameworks.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insights.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Develop executive-ready presentations for steering committees and leadership updates.
• Interact with client stakeholders across functions and lead workstreams.
