Job summary

VTT is seeking a Technology Solution Sales Lead for Physical AI to shape the commercial offering and expand the customer base in autonomous systems and AI R&D. The role is based in Espoo with potential flexible arrangements.

You will lead sales activities, build a strong pipeline, negotiate with customers, and collaborate with research teams to transfer IP and develop market-ready solutions. Fluent English and a strategic mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sales experience in value-based and consultative solution sales.
• Proven ability to build strategic alignment with customers.
• Experience in R&D focusing on autonomous systems, situational awareness or AI.
• Higher level technical degree.
• Strong negotiation and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute sales activities in the Physical AI research area.
• Maintain and grow the sales pipeline and customer relationships.
• Acquire new customers and drive sales growth in autonomous systems and AI.
• Coordinate with research teams to commercially transfer IP and develop offerings.
• Coach researchers in customer centricity and solution sales.
