Job summary

Visma Solutions is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our AI Excellence team and translate AI/ML opportunities into production-ready solutions for our SaaS products. You will design, build, deploy, and integrate AI capabilities into existing software, collaborating with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver real value.

The role offers remote work within Finland or hybrid options from Helsinki/Lappeenranta offices, with relocation not available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML features into production as part of a software product.
• Understanding of model types, capabilities, limitations, and evaluation for use cases.
• Strong software engineering experience, including API/data flow integration and production-grade testing, security, reliability.
• Proficiency in English for professional work.
