Nordhow in Finland seeks a founding Dealer Network / Regional Sales Manager to drive launch of a new mobility insurance venture. You will empower dealership teams across Finland to integrate insurance and mobility solutions into every customer journey.

The role combines field coaching, performance optimization, and collaboration with importer sales teams and brand finance partners. Finnish and English fluency are required; you will be #2–#4 core hire with high autonomy.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in automotive sales, regional network management, or F&I services.
• Hands-on field mindset with coaching and execution focus.
• Deep understanding of dealership economics and F&I processes.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English.

Responsabilités

• Dealer Coaching & Enablement: coach, train, and support dealership sales agents and F&I managers on the showroom floor.
• Commercial Performance: partner with dealer principals and sales directors to hit targets and optimize commissions.
• Ecosystem Collaboration: work with importer sales teams and brand finance partners on integrated sales drives.
• Field Insights: monitor dealer KPIs, analyze market trends, and translate showroom feedback into improvements.
