Job summary

Fiskars Group is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for a 12-month maternity cover to drive profitable eCommerce growth across brands in the Nordic markets. You will own mid- and lower-funnel traffic strategy, manage a global budget, and partner with an external media agency to translate brand ambitions into performance-driven campaigns.

You will lead cross-market traffic initiatives, optimize ROI, and collaborate with eCommerce and CRM teams to ensure alignment with commercial targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of performance/digital marketing experience.
• Proven track record driving paid media performance linked to eCommerce growth.

Responsibilities

• Own global mid- and lower-funnel traffic strategy and budgeting across brands.
• Translate brand targets into structured media briefs and manage external agencies.
• Drive traffic growth across paid search, social, display, and feeds.
• Lead test-and-learn programs with cross-functional teams to support CRO.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and reporting for multi-market performance.
• Turn data into actionable insights while protecting premium brand expression.
