Job summary

Lindström konserni in Helsinki is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to translate commercial priorities, customer insight and data into scalable campaigns that drive measurable growth. You’ll partner with sales and marketing teams across Europe and Asia to grow the sales pipeline through demand generation and performance optimisation.

You will lead cross‑channel experimentation, AI‑assisted analysis, and marketing automation to scale ABM, nurture leads and accelerate pipeline results.

Qualifications

  • Academic degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and a genuine interest in pipeline growth and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across international markets in English.
  • Experience with AI-assisted tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • A data-driven and business-oriented approach with strong prioritisation and analytical skills.
  • Readiness to travel occasionally within Europe and Asia.

GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER

Do you know how to turn commercial priorities, customer insight and data into marketing that drives measurable growth? Can you bring people together around new ideas and turn them into action?

We’re looking for a commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth, Offering and Digital organisation in a permanent role, based at our head office in Kalasatama, Helsinki. As part of Lindström’s growth story, you’ll help our markets grow sales pipeline through scalable demand generation, performance optimisation and close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Your key contribution areas

You’ll turn ideas into practical campaigns and growth experiments, learn from the results and help spread successful approaches across our markets. You’ll act as a trusted partner for our countries, helping to bring together commercial priorities, marketing expertise and customer insight across our international organisation.

Your key focus areas include:

  • Turn commercial priorities into effective marketing: Translate sales priorities, customer journey opportunities and market insights into scalable marketing activities.
  • Lead campaigns that support pipeline growth: Work with country teams to deliver selected flagship campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable business results.
  • Develop and optimise full-funnel marketing: Lead cross-channel experimentation and use AI to improve analysis, localisation and execution. Own and develop marketing automation to scale targeting, lead nurturing and ABM across markets.
  • Turn insights into action: Use cross-market performance data and KPIs to improve performance. Recommend what to scale, improve or stop, and turn learnings into practical playbooks and toolkits. Partner with internal stakeholders and agencies to improve data quality and reporting.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, lead generation, growth marketing or performance marketing - experience in service business is considered an advantage
  • An academic degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and a genuine interest in pipeline growth and commercial outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across international markets in English
  • Experience with AI-assisted tools, marketing automation platforms, combined with curiosity towards new ways of working
  • A data-driven and business-oriented approach combined with strong prioritisation and analytical skills
  • Readiness to travel occasionally within Europe and Asia
Your key people

You’ll join our global Digital Marketing team of six professionals based in Helsinki and work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, service development and customer experience.

A key part of your role is collaborating with business leaders, sales teams and marketing professionals across our countries. By bringing together different perspectives and market insights, you’ll help turn ideas into practical marketing approaches that support growth. You can expect open collaboration, shared learning and plenty of opportunities to exchange ideas with colleagues across our organisation.
