ICEYE is seeking a Forward Deployed Operations Specialist in Espoo, Finland. This hybrid role sits in Forward Deployed Engineering and focuses on coordinating demos, training, pilots, and customer-facing activities across product, engineering, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Early-career professional with defence, intelligence, or national security experience.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills across multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high degree of ownership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical, product, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer demos, operator training, internal exercises, and related execution across the Intelligence Software Suite.
• Drive day-to-day follow-through across Forward Deployed Engineering, product, go-to-market, and other internal stakeholders.
• Help manage timelines, dependencies, action tracking, and operating cadences across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Support customer engagement preparation, internal readiness, and post-engagement follow-up.
• Help structure and improve team operating rhythms so execution is reliable, fast, and scalable.
• Assist with planning and coordination for mission-focused deployments and customer-facing activities.
• Capture operational friction points and feedback from engagements, then help route them into the right product and engineering discussions.
• Support additional special projects across the team as the Intelligence Software Suite grows.
