Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Deployment Manager for its Global Manufacturing Infrastructure in Espoo. You will lead end‑to‑end satellite integration site deployments, owning schedules, budgets, and milestones while coordinating with supply chain, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years in infrastructure, manufacturing, or facility deployment project management.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or high‑tech sectors preferred.
• Strong scheduling, cost tracking, and risk mitigation skills.
• Fluent in English with strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of satellite integration sites from initiation to handover.
• Own the deployment schedule, budget, and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and local stakeholders for equipment and contractor readiness.
• Maintain detailed deployment progress, managing dependencies across civil works, facility installations, and IT/security readiness.
• Identify and elevate risks, resolve delays, and ensure transparent cross‑functional communication.
• Collaborate with the Global Manufacturing Facilities Architect to deliver defined technical scope.
• Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders as central deployment coordinator.
