Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex satellite mission programs with strong technical ownership. The role bridges engineering, product, and operations to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Based in Finland (Espoo) or Poland (Warsaw) with hybrid work (3 days in office) and travel to customer sites, you will capture requirements, track them through to acceptance and delivery, and maintain system-wide alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs.
• Own the technical customer interface and manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience with requirements management, traceability, and configuration control.
• Involvement in system integration, verification and validation planning and execution.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and operations.
• Familiarity with STK, SaVoir, MONTE or GMAT for mission design.

Responsibilities

• Capture, baseline and flow down customer technical requirements.
• Serve as single accountable interface across the program lifecycle.
• Plan and execute system integration, verification and validation activities.
• Maintain configuration and interface control across satellite, ground, networks, and user interfaces.
• Identify and escalate technical risks early and drive resolution.
• Support cross-functional reviews and readiness checks.
